1. Overview

By purchasing or using any service from Hop On My Credit Card LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). These Terms govern all products, services, websites, and communications provided by Hop On My Credit Card LLC.

2. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with any credit bureau, bank, lender, or financial institution. All tradelines are privately owned and independently operated.

3. Results Vary

We make no guarantees regarding specific credit score increases, loan approvals, funding outcomes, or financial improvements. Results vary based on individual credit profiles, bureau reporting schedules, and lender practices.

4. Temporary Service & Repurchase Options

Authorized-user tradelines are temporary placements that report for exactly two billing cycles (about two months) and then automatically expire. Clients may repurchase the same tradeline for an additional two cycles at 25 % off the original price, subject to card availability and account status. This is not a permanent credit enhancement.

5. Not Credit Repair

We are not a credit-repair organization and do not remove negative items, dispute accounts, or offer credit counseling. Our services provide credit-building opportunities only.

6. Reporting Limitations

• Most tradelines report to all three major credit bureaus.
• American Express tradelines may report to fewer bureaus and are priced accordingly.
• Reporting practices may change without notice due to issuing-bank policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful reporting, clients must:

• Remove all credit freezes and fraud alerts before service.
• Provide accurate personal information (full legal name, DOB, SSN entered manually twice).
• Upload a valid government-issued ID and Social Security card if requested.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service.
• Never use false identities, synthetic profiles, or fraudulent data.

Failure to follow these requirements voids any refund or service guarantee.

8. Fraud Policy

Fraudulent purchases, chargebacks on delivered tradelines, or use of false identities will be reported to authorities and pursued under applicable federal and state fraud statutes, including wire-fraud and internet-crime laws.

9. Refund Policy

• Full refund if a tradeline fails to post due to our error.
• No refund if failure results from client actions (credit freeze, wrong info, late documents, etc.).
• American Express tradelines: refund only if zero bureaus report within 45 days.
• Verification of non-reporting requires client-provided credit-report access.
• Swaps or refunds are at our sole discretion.

10. Repurchase Policy

After expiration, clients may rebuy the same tradeline for two additional cycles at 25 % off. Repurchase availability is not guaranteed and depends on cardholder status and capacity.

11. Legal Compliance

Our operations comply with all applicable federal and state laws. Clients are responsible for understanding their own local regulations.

12. Educational Purpose

All content, tools, and communications are for educational purposes only. We are not attorneys, licensed financial planners, advisors, or counselors. Nothing herein constitutes legal or financial advice.

13. Limitation of Liability / No Monetary Damages

Hop On My Credit Card LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income, credit denials, emotional distress, or business interruption.

You expressly waive any right to seek or recover monetary damages of any kind. If liability is ever found, it shall be limited solely to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hop On My Credit Card LLC and all of its affiliates, officers, owners, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and business partners from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services;
• Your breach of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party; or
• Any claim brought by a third party due to your actions.

This indemnification extends to all individuals and companies connected with Hop On My Credit Card LLC’s operations.

15. Arbitration Only – No Lawsuits

All disputes, claims, or controversies of any kind arising out of or related to this Agreement or our Services shall be resolved exclusively through private binding arbitration in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

• No court lawsuits, jury trials, or class actions are permitted.
• Each party bears its own legal fees and costs.
• Arbitration is final, confidential, and binding.

By agreeing to these Terms, you permanently waive any right to sue Hop On My Credit Card LLC or any affiliated parties in any court of law.

16. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, website content, documents, automation systems, and materials are the exclusive property of Hop On My Credit Card LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without our written consent.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Digital Signature Consent

By purchasing, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and agree that your digital acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

19. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms, disclaimers, and conditions contained in this Agreement.
